The summer holidays last more than 3 months and we want to avoid the little ones getting bored. We imagine that during the school year, they have been in contact with all kinds of technological devices (mobiles, computers, tablets, televisions, etc.) and we would like them to disconnect a little from them during the summer months. We say “a little” because we know that even adults find it difficult to get rid of them. Leaving aside the academic part, where it is understandable to bet on technology, often the quickest solution to the problem of boredom is to be connected to the internet and that is what we want to avoid.

Therefore, if you are thinking of coming on holiday to Salou with your children, we think this article will be of interest to you. Feel the adrenaline

• PortAventura Park

Come with the family to the theme park par excellence and move around the different worlds of the park. As well as having rides for all ages, there are also daily live shows.

• Karting Salou

Driving a go-kart has never been so easy. Here everyone has the opportunity to drive: Junior karts, two-seater karts (which you can drive with your child) and karts for adults.

• Bosc Aventura Salou

Multi-adventure Park with a wide variety of activities, from zip lines, paintball and archery to mini-golf.

Meet Palmy

• Palmy

Palmy is our mascot, the mascot of The Palm Experience Hotels. At the Eurosalou & Spa Hotel all the children can get up close to her and take a photo, Palmy loves it!

• Miniclub

Take a dip

• PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park

PortAventura World’s water park has all kinds of water attractions (slides, pools, floats, free falls, etc.) as well as waterfalls and green areas. A paradise for children of all ages.

• Aquopolis Costa Dorada

5 minutes from Salou is the Aquopolis Costa Dorada water park. If you decide to go, you will not regret it because you will have a great family day out and forget about the high temperatures for a few hours.

• Sandcastles on the beaches of Salou

Take a towel, sun cream and a bag of summer toys. That is all you need to spend a few hours with your children enjoying the sea and the sand.

Take a stroll and disconnect

• Cool off with an ice cream

After spending the day at the beach or at the pool, you feel like going back to your hotel room, taking a shower and going for a walk while you have an ice cream. It is the best way to get to know the streets of Salou.

• Salou’s Luminous Fountain

Before going back to the hotel, we recommend you to visit Salou’s Fountain of Light. You are sure to be fascinated by its play of light and water.

• Sèquia Major

12 minutes from Salou by car is the Sèquia Major de Vila-Seca, a protected natural area where you will not only enjoy a day in the open air, but you will also see flora (tamarinds, poplars, willows and reeds) and local fauna (the fartet fish, the European pond turtle and migratory birds).
