One of them, the Palmasol Hotel, has been certified in accordance with the UNE 170001-1:2007 standards for universal accessibility management. The Hotel has rooms adapted for the disabled, which can be accessed directly from reception.  It is also possible to use the restaurant services, located on the ground floor of the building, as well as the outdoor gardens and the swimming pool area, as it has fully adapted bathing chairs and showers.

All the hotel staff is committed to the development, implementation and improvement of the universal accessibility management system with a policy based on the importance of satisfying the guest and making them feel at home.

It should also be noted that the Cap Roig Nature Hotel is adapting 4 of its rooms for people with reduced mobility in order to continue with this universal accessibility policy.
